About Nanny Toolkit™

Nanny Toolkit LLC was founded with a simple mission: to help nannies and families build successful employment relationships through clear expectations, effective communication, and accessible professional resources.

Created by an experienced professional nanny, Nanny Toolkit offers a customizable employment agreement, contract addenda, supporting forms, and thoughtfully assembled resource kits designed to address the unique needs of household employment. Most of these documents have been reviewed and/or revised by a licensed attorney, reflecting our commitment to providing carefully developed, practical resources.

Beyond our online store, Nanny Toolkit offers free educational articles for both nannies and employers, covering employment practices, professional boundaries, and other important aspects of the childcare industry.

Whether you're a nanny advocating for yourself or a family preparing to hire a caregiver, Nanny Toolkit is here to help you navigate the employment relationship with greater clarity and confidence.

Meet the Founder

Hi! I'm Ajuné, the founder and CEO of Nanny Toolkit LLC.

My journey in childcare began when I was just 11 years old, independently caring for young children. What started as an early passion eventually grew into a professional career in nannying and a deeper appreciation for the relationships between caregivers and the families they support.

Over the years, I've gained firsthand experience navigating the unique challenges of working in private households, from establishing professional boundaries to negotiating employment terms and managing expectations. My background in psychology and child development has further shaped my approach to childcare and my understanding of the importance of healthy, respectful relationships.

I founded Nanny Toolkit because I recognized a need for accessible, thoughtfully developed resources that support both sides of the nanny-employer relationship. I believe that nannies deserve to be treated as professionals and that families deserve the tools and information necessary to become informed, confident employers.

As the person behind Nanny Toolkit, I'm personally involved in developing its resources, writing its educational content, and continuing to learn about the industry I care so deeply about.

I'm incredibly proud to share this business with the nanny community, and I hope the resources I've created make a meaningful difference in your employment journey.
